WALKER

Will he sign a new Man City deal or move  to Germany?

BAYERN EYE

Kyle Walker has a big decision to  make this summer: should he sign  a new Manchester City deal, or move abroad to join Bayern Munich?

Walker, 33, has now been at City for  six years. In his time at the club,  he has won 14 trophies, including  last season’s Champions League.

According to Sky Sports, talks have been held over a potential Walker move to Bayern, albeit the Germans have not made a firm offer.

With Cancelo gone, Pavard set to leave and Mazraoui covering for injured left-back Alphonso Davies, German champions Bayern need a right-back.

Due to his family’s financial struggles, Walker had a tough childhood.  “My mum didn’t have a pound for  an ice cream,” he has said.

He became a first-team regular at a very young age, establishing himself  as a fixture in the Sheffield United  side when he was only just 18.

In the 2008/09 Championship  playoff final, Walker became the youngest player in United’s history  to appear at Wembley Stadium.

His displays for the Blades caught the eye of Tottenham, who snapped him  up in 2009. At Spurs, he was reunited with childhood friend Danny Rose.

Eight years later, Walker joined Pep Guardiola’s City. Since moving to Manchester, he has been at the  centre of off-the-field scandals.

Soon after signing for City, for example, the England defender reportedly cheated on his future wife, Annie Kilner, with a reality-TV star.

After City’s UCL win, meanwhile, CCTV footage from a Manchester bar appeared to show Walker exposing himself. He avoided criminal charges.
